Founder & Director of JM Management Solutions (JMMS), Jamal Miah blends entrepreneurship with education expertise. He built OMG Education into an Ofsted-rated provider and now leads school improvement and SEND/People of Determination strategy across the UK and GCC. Jamal specialises in KHDA/MOE-aligned compliance turned into practical delivery—clear strategy, fast mobilisation, and measurable impact.

Waqas Riaz is the Strategic Business Lead at JM Management Solutions, dedicated to driving operational excellence, championing effective people management, and ensuring sustainable business growth.
